In the year 1996 was born Aakriti Builders & Developers which has executed various residential projects till date. Multi story apartments like "Sarika", "Sai Aakriti" and "Anshul". It must have been an auspicious beginning because from then on the company was destined to go from strength to strength, subsequently launching a mega project of100 flats named "Aakriti Enclave" is considered a landmark in the Gulmohar locality that houses it. ADPL or Aakriti Dwellings Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in the year 1997 following which, in the year 2000, ADPL launched yet another mega-project, this time on a bigger scale, with the construction of 400 beautiful duplex units at Nehru Nagar in Bhopal called "Aakriti Gardens". This was followed by another success in the form of "Aakriti Retreat" a project involving the development of 200 plots in E-9, Reara Colony, Bhopal.
