Description & Size Of The New Upcoming Projects Aakriti Ecocity
The Housing & Real Estate Project will be an Integrated Township christened, “AAKRITI ECO CITY”. The Township will be developed and constructed on 40 acres (1,7,42,400 sq. ft.) plot of land
The site of the project is on one of the prime locations and within Urban and Municipal limits of city of Bhopal.
Houses built in the Township will cater to the families belonging to the middle-class as well as the higher income and upper class families.
Basic infrastructure comprising of internal roads, 24 hours water supply, electricity, sewage and effluent treatment is being provided.
Garbage disposal, compost plant for vermiculture, treatment of waste water for gardening and irrigation are other highlights of the Township to make it a “green” and eco friendly project.
Energy conservation measures like solar water heater system and rainwater harvesting for water conservation are vital components incorporated in the plan.
The Township will have its own state-of-art Shopping Mall,Club House, Gymnasium, Swimming Pools, Playgrounds, and Community Hall etc for recreation, sports and leisure for the residents.
The other segment of the Township will have real estate buildings for commercial purposes and education, health and socio-religious activities.
THE MALL
The commercial complex is coming up in a 40000, sq.ft. (Forty thousand square feet land) in the heart of the city BHOPAL, with a three screen multiplex sitting capacity of 500 peoples. Parking is big problem in city areas; we consider it with 300 vehicles parking in two floors of the Mall. The Mall is fetched with big brand name like “Big Bazaar”, “Pantaloon Retail”, and “Pyramid” etc. |
